Welcome to Bill's Gospel Gateway, where everyone can find Christian information and Christian links. This is one of the best
ways I know to help others in their walk with our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. I was saved back in 1985 while in the Navy
and serving aboard my ship in the Caribbean. I was at an extremely low point in my life and a friend started to share the
Gospel with me. After listening to him for about a week, I prayed the sinners' prayer with him. I felt an immediate release
from everything and every situation that had been tormenting me, and I was overwhelmed with a feeling of joy and inner peace
that comes with the knowledge that God is in control. But the more I turned to God, the more satan tried to steer me away.
Several times satan had me convinced that I didn't need God anymore, that I could do fine by myself. Oh, how wrong I was.
God created situations to turn me around, to bring me back into His arms. I am once and for all back on the right path, and
I realize that the bridge that will lead me to heaven is the shed blood of Jesus Christ. Satan still tries to come between
God and myself, but I have the ultimate weapon....faith! What a mighty God we serve! May you find something on this site that
